Upphandlingen omfattar verksamhetsstödjande IT-tjänster för handläggning och dokumentation inom Fagersta kommuns kommunala förskolor, förskolor, fritidshem, grundskolor, anpassad grundskola, gymnasieskola och anpassad gymnasieskola. Omfattar ett skoladministrativt system för hantering av bland annat barn- och elevadministration, frånvaro, betyg, avgifter och statistik samt ett IT-system, så kallad lärplattform, för kommunikation, bedömning och uppföljning av elever till köparen.
