Hankinnan kohteena on Vantaan ja Keravan hyvinvointialueen jätehuoltopalvelun hankinta. Osa-alueet: 1) Tietoturva-, paperi-, pahvi- ja yhdyskuntajäte 2) Vaarallinen jäte, ser-jäte ja hyödynnettävä jäte Molempiin osa-alueisiin valitaan yksi toimittaja. Palvelu tuotetaan kokonaispalveluperiaatteella. Hankintayksikkö ei sitoudu tiettyihin hankintamääriin eikä valittava toimittaja saa yksinoikeutta tuottaa palvelua hankintayksikölle.
