Hyresgästanpassning - Pannverkstaden

Description

Upphandlingen avser en samverkansentreprenad för hyresgästanpassning av fastigheten Pannverkstaden på Lundbyvassen 4:6, ägd av Fastighets AB Fribordet. En permanent paviljongbyggnad i två plan med fläktrum på tak ska uppföras och inrymma laboratorier, klimatkontrollerade testrum, testgym, omklädningsrum och kontor. Byggnaden dimensioneras för 150 personer och omfattar ca 5 400 m² BTA. Uppdraget inkluderar även anpassning av utomhusytor. För mer information, se upphandlingens administrativa föreskrifter.
