Description

Beställaren avser att genom denna upphandling tillsätta en extern projektledare för att driva nedan uppdrag. Beställaren har skrivit en avsiktsförklaring med en ny hyresgäst avseende hyra av ”Pannverkstaden”. För att avsiktsförklaringen ska övergår i ett hyreskontrakt så ska beställaren genomföra omfattande hyresgästanpassningar i lokalen. För mer information se AUC.1
