Description
Beställaren har skrivit en avsiktsförklaring med en ny hyresgäst avseende hyra av ”Pannverkstaden”. För att avsiktsförklaringen ska övergår i ett hyreskontrakt så ska beställaren genomföra omfattande hyresgästanpassningar i lokalen.
