Uppdraget omfattar framtagning av samtliga tekniska dokumenten/beskrivningar som krävs för att beställaren ska kunna upphandla byggnationen av Masthuggsgaraget B2 som en totalentreprenad. Utöver det ska projektorganisationen även ta fram samtliga dokument/handlingar som krävs för att kunna lämna in en för tillståndsansökan enligt miljöbalken.
