Stora Holm består av flera byggnader av varierande storlek och egenskaper. Det är flera olika verksamheter i byggnaderna och därmed olika behov. Fastighetsbeståndet är till vissa delar slitet både ut- och invändigt och i behov av en generell upprustning. Uppdraget avser generalkonsultuppdrag som omfattar projektering för totalentreprenad avseende underhållsåtgärder inom fastighetsbeståndet.
