Description
Vi söker nu en hyresvärd/fastighetsägare som kan erbjuda förhyrning av ändamålsenliga lokaler för anpassat gymnasium för cirka 100 elever och personal på cirka 125 personer. Önskvärda målet är att lokalerna kan tas i anspråk till höstterminen 2027. Den preliminära totalytan är beräknad till 4 300 m2 samt cirka 2 000 m2 utomhusyta.
