Description
Region Sörmland och Region Västmanland genomför upphandling avseende ramavtal för köp av tjänster i form av handledning inom klinisk verksamhet i enlighet med vad som beskrivs i upphandlingsdokumenten. Handledningen fyller i huvudsak två syften: - Att bibehålla och utveckla medarbetarnas kompetens i det kliniska arbetet – att lära, utvärdera och reflektera över sitt arbete och därigenom utvecklas i sitt yrke. - Att utgöra en kvalitetssäkring av vården. Huvudsakligt fokus är därför ärendehandledning, där fokus som regel ska vara på patienten och möjliga metoder/interventioner för att nå en positiv progress. Handledningen kan också behöva ge stöd och verktyg åt behandlarens egna strategier att hantera egna tankar och känslor i svåra ärenden. Uppdragets målsättningar är att skapa en högkvalitativ och tillgänglig hälso- och sjukvård för de som söker vård i regionen. En inledande anbudsperiod löper från det att upphandlingsdokumenten publicerats till och med 2025-11-17. Anbud för den inledande anbudsperioden ska alltså vara inlämnat i TendSign senast: 2025-11-17.
