Description
Le marché public est un accord-cadre qui fixe toutes les stipulations contractuelles. Il est exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande dans les conditions fixées aux articles R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre est conclu sans minimum et avec un maximum exprimé en valeur pour toute sa durée de validité au sens de l'article R2162-4, 2° du code de la commande publique. Le marché public est mono-attributaire. Pour les lots 1 (en cas d'achat), 2 et 3, le marché public comprend une part prévisible et une part non programmable. La part de prestations prévisibles est conclue à prix global et forfaitaire. La part de prestations non programmables est conclue à prix unitaires.
