La présente consultation est allotie et comporte 103 lots. Le marché public est un accord-cadre qui fixe toutes les stipulations contractuelles. Il est exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande dans les conditions fixées aux articles R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre est conclu sans minimum et avec un maximum exprimé en valeur pour toute sa durée de validité au sens de l'article R2162-4, 2° du code de la commande publique. Chaque lot est mono-attributaire.
