Uppdragets omfattning avser leverans av fotograftjänster för uttag vid behov under avtalstiden. Uppdragen genomförs vanligtvis på vardagar och under kontorsarbetstid, men även uppdrag på andra tider kan bli aktuellt. Tjänsterna omfattar produktion av stillbilder inom nedan definierade tjänster: Porträtt och studiobilder Kommunen har ett behov av att fotografera porträtt, både i formella porträtt och informella mer dramatiserade porträtt. Dessa bilder kommer till exempel att användas i pressmeddelanden, sociala medier, i trycksaker och på webben. Uppdragsfotografering, reportage med mera. Innefattar fotograftjänster inom området reportage, evenemang och nyhetsbilder. Bild inom denna kategori beställs ofta till evenemang och tidsbundna händelser, såväl enstaka som återkommande, som tilldrar sig ”ute på fältet”. Det kan röra sig om högtider, kulturella arrangemang, nyheter och evenemang eller ögonblicksbilder från kommunens verksamhet. Syftet är att erhålla bilder till webb, sociala medier, trycksaker eller pressinformationer. Användningen kan vara såväl redaktionell som kommersiell.
