Upphandlingen omfattar leverans och fakturering av fysisk elkraft till Beställarens alla el-anläggningar. OBS! Elen ska till 100% avse el producerad med hjälp av förnybara energikällor definierat i direktiv 2009/28/EG, artikel 2 a1, det vill säga vindenergi, solenergi, aerotermisk energi (luftvärme), geotermisk energi, hydrotermisk energi (vattenvärme), havsenergi, vatten-kraft, biomassa, deponigas, gas från avloppsreningsverk samt biogas Leverantören ska komma med förslag på vad som förutsägs bli det billigaste alternativet när det gäller förhållandet prissäkrad andel och rörlig andel. Avrop på el ska ske i samråd med Beställaren
