Description
Umeå universitet inbjuder Ert företag att lämna anbud i ramavtalsupphandling av leverans av fysisk el till Umeå universitets externa anläggningar/uttagspunkter. Anläggningarna kan komma att förändras under avtalets löptid, varvid motsvarande förändring i leveransen ska ske. Inget specifikt avrop görs för elenergileveranser. Upphandlingen kommer att avslutas med elektronisk auktion. Auktionen påbörjas tidigast på tredje dagen efter sista anbudsdag. Kvalificerade leverantörer kommer att bjudas in per e-post till den avslutande auktionen. Vid budgivning måste samma konto användas som när anbudet lämnades in.
