Description
På plats drift, support, felavhjälpning, och förvaltning av Beställarens IT-infrastruktur. Uppdraget innebär att Beställaren behåller ägande av hård- och mjukvara medan extern Leverantör ansvarar för drift, support och förvaltning av Beställarens IT-infrastruktur. Vissa arbetsuppgifter kräver lokal närvaro. För detaljerad beskrivning av uppdraget se bilaga 02.Kravspecifikation med bilagor. Uppskattad omfattning i den här upphandlingen framgår i bilaga 09.FORMULÄR FÖR AN-BUD flik 2.Prisfil. Den praktiska betydelsen innebär att kontraktet anses förverkat, i första hand när avtalet löper ut och i andra hand när anbudsgivarens totalkostnad över 8 år plus 50 % är avropad. (Takvolym).
