Description
Le présent marché a pour objet l'exploitation et maintenance des équipements de chauffage, climatisation et ventilation des bâtiments de la Ville de Levallois-Perret et du CCAS de Levallois. La procédure est organisée par la ville de Levallois, coordonnateur du groupement de commandes constitué avec le CCAS. Qualifié de marché de service, le présent marché est soumis aux dispositions du CCAG « Fournitures Courantes et Service » approuvé par Arrêté du 30 mars 2021. Il est passé selon la procédure de l'appel d'offres ouvert, soumis aux dispositions des articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 et R.2161-1 à R.2161-5 du Code. Ils constituent des accords-cadres à bons de commande soumis aux dispositions des articles L.2125-1 et R.2162-1 à R.2162-6 du Code. Le marché sera attribué à un unique titulaire pour une durée ferme, du 15 janvier 2026 au 31 mai 2031. La valeur maximale des bons de commande est fixée à 1 925 173 euro(s) HT, sur la durée totale des marchés, reconductions incluses à laquelle s'ajoutera le prix global et forfaitaire prévu dans l'offre du candidat retenu. Il n'y a pas de montant minimum
