Description
Karlstads universitet använder idag ett diariesystem och även till viss del ärendehantering. I dagsläget registreras mellan 3500 och 4000 ärenden per år och universitetet använder 50 licenser. Antalet ärenden som hanteras i systemet förväntas öka och det finns ett behov av att utöka antalet licenser. Det är av stor vikt att diariesystemet är säkert nog att hantera känsliga personuppgifter och uppgifter som omfattas av sekretess. Systemet ska förutom att kunna hantera diarieföring på ett korrekt och lagligt vis bland annat kunna överföra e-post till ärende i systemet, upprätta tjänsteanteckningar, flytta ärenden mellan personer/roller och ärendetyper samt ge en överblick av ärenden som rör en viss person/part samt utifrån handläggare och ärendetyp. Systemet ska kunna hantera gallring av handlingar samt överföring av metadata och handlingar till e-arkiv, ESSArch. Systemet ska installeras lokalt on-prem hos Karlstads universitet.
