Description
La présente DSP porte sur l'exploitation de la Crèche Vergniaud (située au 13 rue Vergniaud à Levallois-Perret). Le délégataire aura en charge les travaux d'aménagement intérieur de cette crèche, livrée en l'état brut d'achèvement. Il s'agira d'une crèche de 30 berceaux maximum, permettant un accueil régulier, occasionnel ou d'urgence. Le contrat est conclu pour une durée de 10 ans et 7 mois maximum à compter du 1/01/2025 ou à compter de sa notification si celle-ci est postérieure, sans que l'échéance ne puisse excéder le 31 juillet 2035. La consultation est menée conformément à la procédure décrite aux articles L.3121-1 et L. 3121-2 du Code de la commande publique et des articles L1411-1 et suivants du Code Général des Collectivités Territoriales
