Description
Upphandlingen omfattar byggentreprenader avseende mark- och anläggningsentreprenader inom gata, torg och grönytor. Uppdrag kan inkludera exempelvis VA, elinstallationer, terrassering och översvämningsskydd för Vellinge kommun. Enklare husbyggnation som överbyggnad till pumpstation, offentliga toaletter och reservelkraftverk kan förekomma. Beställaren garanterar inga volymer för ramavtalet men bedömer att dess värde kan komma att uppgå till 125 MSEK per år. Ramavtal tecknas med åtta (8) leverantörer, förutsatt att så många giltiga anbud inkommer. Avtalstiden för ramavtalet är 1+1+1+1=4 år. Ramavtalet har ett kombinerat avropsförfarande där uppdrag med en beräknad kostnad upp till 2 MSEK i projektkostnad ska avropas enligt rangordning. För uppdrag överstigande 2 MSEK ska avrop ske genom förnyad konkurrensutsättning till de sex (6) högst rangordnade ramavtalsleverantörerna.
