Description
Denna upphandling genomförs av Vellinge kommun, BR Fastighet org nr 212000-1033 samt Vellinge Kommunlokal AB 556180-4252, gemensamt Beställaren. BR Fastighet äger och förvaltar kommunens fastigheter såsom skolor, förskolor, badhus, idrottsplatser mm. Dessa omfattar cirka 220 000 kvm. Ramavtal kommer att tecknas med upp till nio (9) entreprenörer i tre (3) fackområden. För kontraktsarbetena tillämpas fasta timpriser enligt följande: Serviceuppdrag: Elektriker: 600 kr Säkerhetstekniker: 700 Kr Byggarbetare: 575 kr VVS-montör: 650 kr Planerat underhåll: Elektriker: 700 kr Säkerhetstekniker: 800 kr Byggarbetare: 675 kr VVS-montör: 750 kr Villkor framgår av upphandlingsdokumenten.
