Description
Svedala kommun har beslutat att genomföra en investering i ett badhus. Beslutet grundas på behovet av att skapa långsiktigt hållbara förutsättningar för simundervisning, folkhälsa och föreningsliv samt att möta framtida behov till följd av kommunens förväntade befolkningsökning. Beställaren har valt att genomföra projektet som en totalentreprenad med samarbetsformen partnering (samverkan). Beställaren söker därmed en samverkansform som leder till en relation mellan beställaren och entreprenören som präglas av optimal konstruktivitet och effektivitet mot gemensamma mål. Målsättningen är att hitta en arbetsform som i högre grad än i vanliga entreprenadformer leder till en effektiv samverkan under projektets genomförande. Syftet med denna anbudsförfrågan är att hitta rätt projektpartner för genomförande av projektet genom hela processen till färdigt projekt.
