Svedala Exploaterings AB aviserar avsikt att under vecka 33 (11-15 augusti) annonsera arkitekttävling avseende tillbyggnad av kommunhuset i Svedala. Tävlingen kommer omfatta ett tillbyggnadsprojekt med ett budgettak på 100 Mkr där tävlingen kommer genomföras i två steg: Steg 1: Kvalificering av 3-6 aktörer som får utveckla sina förslag Steg 2: Slutlig tävling mellan de utvalda aktörerna Vinnaren får sedemera uppdrag att utföra tjänster för ritning och projektering inför och under tillbyggnaden av kommunhuset.
