14 st bibliotek i Norrbotten samarbetar(Arjeplog, Arvidsjaur, Boden, Gällivare, Haparanda, Jokkmokk, Kalix, Kiruna, Luleå, Pajala, Piteå, Älvsbyn, Överkalix samt Övertorneå) Man kan låna och återlämna på valfritt folkbibliotek i Norrbottens län. Man kan också reservera medier i de olika kommunerna och hämta dem på biblioteket i sin egen hemkommun. Som en följd av samarbete körs det därför regelbundna transporter mellan biblioteken.
