Description

Norrbottens E-nämnd upphandlar ett ramavtal för konsultstöd till projekt initieras av E-nämnden. Upphandlingen omfattar 14 kommuner i Norrbotten och syftar till att stödja den nationella strategin för e-samhället. Projekten kan inkludera gemensam systemdrift, verksamhetsutveckling, upphandlingar och support. Målet är att effektivisera resurser, stärka kompetensförsörjningen och förbättra servicen till medborgare och företag.
