Description

Upphandlingen omfattar kommunens huvudsakliga behov av Operatörstjänst och utskriftstjänst. Piteå kommuns vision för fakturahantering är att samtliga kund- och leverantörsfakturor ska vara elektroniska och upphandlar därför en Operatörstjänst som sänder och tar emot elektroniska Meddelanden mellan Piteå kommun och dess Motparter. Operatörstjänsten ska hantera kommunikation av Meddelanden via Peppol-nätverket, i första hand inom inköps- och kundfaktureringsprocesserna.
