Piteå kommun, Pireva, PiteEnergi och PiteEnergi Elnät upphandlar totalentreprenad i utökad samverkan. Denna upphandling avser projektering och byggnation av infrastruktur som vägar, gator, gc-vägar, va-ledningar, pumpstation, opto/el-ledningar, fv, dagvattenlösningar mm. Upphandlingen syftar till att beställaren tillsammans med utvalda partners ska skapa en strukturerad samarbetsform där beställaren, projektörer och entreprenörer genom förtroendefullt samarbete löser en komplex bygguppgift över tid.
