Le souscripteur souhaite souscrire pour le compte de ses locataires (de logements individuels exclusivement) n'ayant pas satisfait à l'obligation légale vis-à-vis du propriétaire, une garantie de risques locatifs / recours des voisins et des tiers couvrant les conséquences pécuniaires de la Responsabilité Civile que le locataire peut encourir, en vertu notamment des articles 1242, 1732 à 1735 du Code Civil, en tant qu'occupant ou locataire, à quelque titre que ce soit, des locaux faisant l'objet d'une convention de location avec l'organisme
