Description
Les présents marchés ont pour objet l'acquisition et la maintenance de photocopieurs multifonctions noir et blanc et couleur) ainsi que la maintenance du parc de photocopieurs existant pour la Ville et la Caisse des Ecoles de Levallois. La maintenance des photocopieurs (nouvelles acquisitions et existants) inclut l'entretien du matériel, les dépannages, les pièces détachées, la main d'oeuvre, la fourniture des consommables à l'exception du papier, sans forfait copie. Le marché d'acquisition comprend également la fourniture d'enrichissements techniques et d'accessoires associés aux photocopieurs, ainsi que les progiciels et la concession de droit d'usage de ces derniers permettant la mise en oeuvre et la gestion des ressources de ces matériels. La consultation est organisée par la ville de Levallois, coordinateur du groupement de commande constitué avec la Caisse des Écoles de Levallois. Les marchés sont soumis au Code de la Commande Publique, désigné par le terme « le Code ». Qualifiés de marchés de service, ils sont soumis aux dispositions du CCAG « Fournitures Courantes et Services ».
