Description
La présente consultation est lancée suivant les dispositions des articles R.2124-2, R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du Code de la Commande Publique du 1er Avril 2019. La consultation porte sur des prestations de maintenance et de travaux de télésurveillance et télé-interpellation des immeubles administratifs, ainsi que de vidéosurveillance des immeubles collectifs de PARTENORD LE GROUPE et PARTENIUM. Les prestations sont réparties en 2 lots thématiques. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire conclu avec un montant minimum et avec un montant maximum annuel mentionnés dans la rubrique description des lots, montants identiques en cas de reconduction de la période. En application de l'article L.2112-2 du Code de la Commande Publique, les lots comportent une action d'insertion sociale par l'activité économique
