Description
The objective of this CFT is to engage procurement services to assist the Housing First National Office, HSE, and local authorities to complete the stage following this tender advertisement, clarification and tender receipt, the details of which are provided in the CFT Document.

- Quality — Proposed methodology - 35% (350 Marks)
