Beskrivelse
Background Ukraine has established a comprehensive anti-corruption institutional framework, including the NACP, NABU, SAPO, and HACC, which are central to ensuring accountability, prevention, and integrity in public governance. At the same time, Ukraine continues to advance anti-corruption reforms in the context of EU accession. Key priorities are outlined in the Rule of Law Roadmap, EU accession benchmarks for Chapters 23 and 24, and the “10-step plan” by Commissioner Kos and Deputy Prime Minister Kachka. These reforms combine legislative, institutional, and policy measures, as well as capacity building. In this context, EUACI provides technical support to national partners and seeks to engage a highly qualified Anti-Corruption Legal and Policy Implementation Expert to support reform implementation through legal analysis, drafting, and institutional support. Objective The objective is to provide high-quality, timely legal and policy advice across a broad range of anti-corruption issues.
