Description The Mykolaiv City Council is committed to upholding the principles of transparency, openness, and accountability in its operations. The current site has not been updated in nine years. It looks outdated, difficult to navigate, and does not provide information to residents in a clear or accessible way. It also does not meet accessibility standards for people with visual impairments and is not user adapted for mobile devices. The Mykolaiv City Council is launching the second stage of its web portal renewal project. The first stage — UX/UI design — has been completed. All design prototypes, graphic assets, style guides, and user interface specifications have been developed and will be provided to the selected contractor. Objective The European Union Anti-Corruption Initiative (EUACI) is seeking a contractor to provide the full development and deployment of the city’s new official website based on the approved UX/UI designs.
