Beskrivelse
Objective of the assignment is to assist in formulating the fourth phase of the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative in Ukraine (EUACI IV). EUACI IV will be funded by the EU, Denmark, UK International Development and Germany. Method: The formulation will be conducted based on a combination of documentary reviews and interviews with key stakeholders. The formulation team will undertake a field mission to Ukraine – up to two weeks (incl. travel days) if applicable, including to one or two of six target cities (“Integrity Cities”). The security situation in Ukraine is unpredictable, and planning of the assignment has to be adaptive to changing circumstances. If travel is not possible the formulation will be desk based and interviews conducted online. Outputs: 1) An Inception Report prior to the mission to Ukraine. 2) A presentation of preliminary findings and an outline of the draft Program Document 3) A draft programme document for Early Appraisal and presentation to the External Panel. 4) A final Program Document.
