Beskrivelse
Description Background Ukraine has established a comprehensive anti-corruption institutional framework, including the NACP, NABU, SAPO, and HACC. These institutions play a central role in ensuring accountability for high-level corruption, implementing prevention mechanisms, and safeguarding public integrity. At the same time, Ukraine continues to advance anti-corruption reforms in the context of EU accession. Key priorities are outlined in the Rule of Law Roadmap, EU accession benchmarks for Chapters 23 and 24, and the “10-step plan” agreed by Commissioner Kos and Deputy Prime Minister Kachka. These reforms include legislative, institutional, and policy measures, as well as capacity-building efforts. In this context, EUACI provides technical assistance to national partners and seeks to engage highly qualified anti-corruption experts to deliver legal, analytical, and policy support to ensure timely and high-quality implementation of reform commitments.
