Beskrivelse
Description Background and Context Ukraine has established a comprehensive anti-corruption institutional framework, including the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP), National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO), and the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC). At the same time, Ukraine continues to advance anti-corruption reforms, particularly in the context of EU accession. Key reforms are outlined in the Rule of Law Roadmap, EU accession benchmarks for Chapters 23 and 24, and the joint “10-step plan” by Commissioner Kos and Deputy Prime Minister Kachka. These reforms include legislative, institutional, and policy measures, as well as capacity building. Against this background, EUACI provides technical assistance to strengthen anti-corruption efforts. To support reforms in criminal justice, EUACI seeks to engage a highly qualified Anti-Corruption Criminal Law and Procedure Expert.
