Description
The University of York wishes to establish a framework contract with a single supplier to deliver ULT freezer servicing, maintenance, and repairs. The successful supplier will work closely with the Departments of Biology, in a 'partnership' capacity and will be the preferred service provider. It is anticipated that the service contract will commence on the 1st of September 2024 and will run for an initial period of three years through to the 31st of August 2027 with the option to extend the contract on an annual basis, for a further two years, from the 1st of September each year to a maximum of 5 years. The essence of the contract will be to service, maintain, and repair the University's ULT freezers ensuring the following requirements are achieved: ULT Freezer Service The service must include.
