Description
Cardiff Council is seeking to tender for a Supported Accommodation service aimed at single individuals with complex support needs. The tender will award the support aspect of service only. The tender focuses on support services for complex clients, with a contract duration of up to 7 years and an approximate annual budget of up to £921,211, subject to funding confirmation. 70 units of accommodation are required on no more than one site, ensuring that the facilities meet specific requirements for vulnerable clients. The preference is self-contained accommodation; sites with shared facilities or bed spaces or pods would be considered. A review would be carried out to ensure standards. The provision has an abstinence pathway providing clients with access to support and services to enable them to manage addiction. Clients would present with complex needs and require support with ensuring engagement and access to not only substance misuse services but also, mental health services and engagement with Probation services.
