Description
Cardiff Council is seeking to tender for Supported Accommodation Services aimed at single individuals with low-level support needs. These tenders will award the support aspect of service delivery only. The tender focuses on support services for low-level clients, with a contract duration of up to 7 years and an approximate annual budget of £930,000, subject to funding confirmation. 128 units of accommodation are required on no more than 2 sites, ensuring that the facilities meet specific requirements for vulnerable clients. The preference is self-contained accommodation; sites with shared facilities would be considered. A review would be carried out to ensure standards of any accommodation put forward. Clients may face challenges requiring assistance in managing finances, understanding tenancy requirements and accessing specialised services. Each client will have a personalised housing support plan, reviewed every 12 weeks, agreed with support staff.
