Description
Cardiff Council is seeking to tender for Supported Accommodation Services aimed at single individuals with complex needs. The tender will award the support aspect of service only. The tender focuses on support services for complex needs clients, with a contract duration of up to 7 years and an approximate annual budget of up to £1,187,492 subject to funding confirmation. 74 units of accommodation are required on no more than 2 sites, ensuring that the facilities meet specific requirements for vulnerable clients. The preference is self-contained accommodation; sites with shared facilities or bed spaces would be considered. A review would be carried out to ensure standards. The provision requires a Critical Intervention Centre (CIC) and a single point of contact for people with complex needs and compound traumas who are sleeping rough or transitioning from sleeping rough into as Critical Time Intervention (CTI) accommodation.
