Description
Cardiff Council is seeking to tender for a Supported Accommodation service for aimed at single individuals with Medium to High level of support needs. The tender will award the support aspect of service only. The tender offers a contract duration of up to 7 years and an approximate annual budget of up to £ 355,324 subject to funding confirmation. 27 units of accommodation are required on no more than one site, ensuring that the facilities meet specific requirements for vulnerable clients. The preference is self-contained accommodation; sites with shared facilities or bed spaces or pods would be considered. A review would be carried out to ensure standards. Clients may face challenges, requiring assistance in managing finances, understanding tenancy requirements, and accessing specialised services. Clients would require support with ensuring engagement and access to substance misuse services, mental health services and engagement with Probation services. Each client will have a personalised housing support plan reviewed every 12 weeks set by staff.
