Description
Cladding remediation works to Priory View, Dunstable. Works are to deliver cladding remediation under the Cladding Safety Scheme not limited to: • Replacement of insulation material and installation of cavity barriers, inclusive removing and reinstating spandrel panels • Removal of combustible timber materials and replacement with non-combustible materials including: o Timber cladding o Decking boards o Brise soleil • Works to render details • Works to ventilation and ducting details on the façade • Works to remediate balcony build ups to remove as much combustible material as possible to reduce fire load and reinstate with non-combustible materials. The overall objective of the scheme is to attain a low rating on reinspection by a façade engineer under and update FRAEW (Fire Risk Assessment External Works) report.
