Description
This is a Contract Award Notice to communicate a contract award made by the Authority, Basildon and Brentwood Alliance on behalf of NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board, (hereinafter referred to as "the Authority") in compliance with their local standing financial instructions (SFIs). This Contract Award is made by the Authority to the 35 General Practitioner (GP) providers within the Basildon and Brentwood geographical footprint for the provision of Locally Enhanced Services (LES). The provision of Locally Enhanced Services to include: - 24 Hour Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring - Gonadorelin Analogue Injections - Minor Injury Services - Phlebotomy - Secondary & Community Care Wound Management Services - Non Scalpel Vasectomy Service (NSV) - 24 Hour Electrocardiogram - Shared Care - Anticoagulation (Warfarin) And from 1st October 2023 onwards. - DMARDs - 12 Lead Electrocardiogram The Authority has taken the decision to award this Locally Enhanced Service (which was previously commissioned for NHS Basildon and Brentwood CCG) to the 35 incumbent General Practitioner (GP) providers.
