Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) for the potential installation of a Human Resources Information System at London Luton Airport (Project: HiRise, procurement reference L24064). Additional information: Not a contract notice / tender at this stage. A separate notice will go out should LLA look to progress with this project / proceed to issue a tender. Please note that this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) activity will not influence the evaluation of any subsequent tender and are purely to better inform the LLA project team. We may use information gathered at this stage to ensure that the project is market friendly and fit for purpose. Any information provided may be used to assist us in developing the tender and ensure that it allows all suppliers the opportunity to submit the best possible tender response that will lead to LLA selecting the solution that meets our requirements and needs. Suppliers needn't submit a response to this PME in order to bid for any subsequent tender.
