Kuvaus
HAUS Finnish Institute of Public Management Ltd implements this procurement on behalf of the Finnish Digital and Green Transition (FDGT) project. As part of the FDGT project, HAUS assigns Short-Term Experts (STEs) on secondments to support the digital development of public organizations in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Secondment is a means to support Digital and Green Transition in these regions by offering technical assistance based on Finnish good practices in digitalisation, while having a unique chance to forge partnerships with local stakeholders. The Finnish experts may represent the public sector, the private sector, civil society organizations, or may participate as individual professionals. FDGT is a development cooperation project funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland and implemented by HAUS. This procurement concerns the engagement of one or two STEs to support the National Institute of Information and Communication Technologies, IP (INTIC, IP) in evaluating Mozambique’s National Cybersecurity Policy and Implementation Strategy (PENSC) 2021–2025 and drafting the new strategy for the next cycle.
