Kuvaus
This ToR specifies the procurement of a single service provider to plan, co-design, produce, support implementation of innovation policy related items in Rwandan ministries and agencies and deliver knowledge products of the AEDIB SO 1 innovation and entrepreneurship policy support implementation: • Innovation Project Management Office operationalization, organizational and service development and delivery support • Ecosystem Coordination and Collaboration, governance mechanism and interfaces to digital platforms • Conceptualizing, planning, implementing and streamlining Public Procurement for Innovation (enhance market access for startups and growth companies through procurement) in selected public sector institutions • Development of knowledge products (toolkits, blueprints, guidebooks and /manuals), online capacity development (technical webinars) and conceptualizing advancements of policy work through engaging learning contents (online courses) on an existing platform • Co-designing, developing and running an innovation bootcamp -training, peer exchange /support practice and thematic communities of practice in an African destination.
