Kuvaus
This procurement seeks to engage a qualified service provider to conduct a feasibility study on digital infrastructure investment opportunities in the Philippines under the EU–PH Digital Economy Package (DEP). HAUS Finnish Institute of Public Management Ltd implements this procurement as part of Component 3 of the DEP, which focuses on capacity building and policy support related to digital connectivity, cybersecurity, and the use of data and digital technologies, while strengthening the enabling environment for digital infrastructure investments. The Philippines represents one of the most dynamic and rapidly growing digital markets in Southeast Asia, with increasing demand for connectivity, data services, and digital solutions across sectors. At the same time, significant investment gaps remain, particularly in underserved regions and across key segments of the digital infrastructure value chain. This creates a unique opportunity to identify and support high-impact investment opportunities that can accelerate digitalisation and inclusive economic growth.
