THIS IS NOT A PROCUREMENT NOTICE OR A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, BUT A PRIOR INFORMATION NOTICE (PIN). The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to gather preliminary insights into available solutions that meet the needs of the Finnish government's digital learning environment and to collect information that will help shape the procurement process to ensure it is as effective and efficient as possible. This PIN is not a call for tenders, and no bids can be submitted in response. However, we encourage you to submit any clarifying questions or comments by November 8, 2024 to email address: kilpailutus@haus.fi. Responding to this PIN does not commit the supplier to participate in any future procurement processes, nor is it a prerequisite for participating in the actual tender process.
