Description

IVO har behov av en digital rättsdatabastjänst som stöd i myndighetens löpande arbete. Tjänsten ska möjliggöra ett effektivt och ändamålsenligt arbetssätt genom att ge användare tillgång till relevant juridisk information, rättskällor och sökfunktionalitet. Syftet med upphandlingen är att teckna avtal med en (1) eller flera leverantörer som kan tillhandahålla en driftsäker, användarvänlig och uppdaterad rättsdatabastjänst, inklusive nödvändigt stöd och support under avtalstiden. IVO:s verksamhet omfattar främst socialjuridik, hälso- och sjukvårdsjuridik, miljörätt, förvaltningsrätt och förvaltningsprocessrätt.
