Description
Syftet med upphandlingen är att underlätta och minska administrationen vid Beställarens anskaffning av IT-konsulter samt erhålla bättre villkor, underlätta uppföljning och kontroll. Genom denna upphandling avser Beställaren att teckna ett ramavtal med en leverantör som fungerar som mellanhand för förmedling av konsulttjänster. Ramavtalet ska komplettera befintliga avtal med en redan upphandlade leverantörer inom förvaltning, system och integrationer. Leverantören som tilldelas ramavtalet ska kunna erbjuda ett brett utbud av konsultkompetens inom de områden som verksamheten kan komma att behöva under avtalets giltighetstid. Det förväntas att leverantören har ett välfungerande och omfattande nätverk för konsultförmedling, med kapacitet att snabbt tillhandahålla efterfrågad kompetens, inkluderat inom mer specialiserade områden. Samarbetet ska ske i nära dialog med Beställaren, vilket ställer höga krav på samarbetsförmåga och förståelse för verksamhetens behov av effektivitet.
