Avtalsperioden för Inspektionen för vård och omsorgs (IVO:s) nuvarande system för diarieföring och ärendehantering går mot sitt slut varför IVO nu tar initiativ till upphandling av ett nytt system. I samband med upphandling av ett nytt system söker IVO en partner för långsiktigt samarbete, ett system som är säkert och som på ett effektivt sätt kan stötta alla IVO:s processer.
